Accessibility Statement
Last updated: November 13, 2025
Miami Web AI, an AI systems and automation division of Nuko Nova Dynamics LLC, is committed to making our website and digital services accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
We want everyone who visits and uses our website to be able to:
- Navigate and understand content clearly
- Use common assistive technologies and settings
- Request help or alternative formats if something is not accessible for them
If you experience any difficulty using our website, we want to know about it and fix it where we reasonably can.
Our commitment
We are working to align our website and key digital experiences with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, aiming for Level AA where it is practical to do so.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort for Miami Web AI. As we design, build, and update pages and features, we aim to consider accessibility at each stage.
Measures we take
To support accessibility, we:
- Use clear, consistent structure for headings, sections, and content
- Aim for sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Provide descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images and icons where possible
- Use accessible form labels and focus states where possible
- Design layouts and components with keyboard navigation in mind
- Test new key pages with common devices and browsers
- Train our team over time on accessibility awareness and better practices
Because our website is regularly updated, you may notice some newer areas are more accessible than older content as improvements roll out.
Compatibility
Our goal is for the Miami Web AI website to work well with:
- The current versions of major desktop browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
- Current versions of major mobile browsers on iOS and Android
- Common screen readers and assistive technologies used on these platforms
Some older browsers or operating systems may not support all features or may show a simplified experience.
Limitations and known issues
Despite our efforts, you may encounter some accessibility issues, for example:
- Occasional missing or incomplete alternative text for images
- Interactive components that are not yet fully optimized for keyboard only use
- Third party widgets or embedded content that we cannot fully control
If you run into a problem, please tell us. Your feedback helps us prioritize fixes and improvements.
Third party services
Our website and services may rely on or link to third party platforms and tools. This can include:
- Scheduling tools
- Payment processors
- Embedded videos or other media
- Analytics and tracking tools
We do not control the accessibility of these third party services, but we aim to choose providers that support or are working toward accessibility best practices.
If you encounter an accessibility issue that involves a third party component, we will review it and, where possible, provide alternative ways to access the information or complete the task.
What we are working on
As part of our ongoing accessibility work, we plan to:
- Improve keyboard navigation for interactive elements
- Refine color contrast and focus states where needed
- Continue to add or improve alternative text and labels
- Review new templates, sections, and components with accessibility in mind
- Incorporate accessibility checks into our regular website updates
Accessibility is not a one time project for us. It is part of how we want to maintain and evolve our digital presence over time.
