Our Story
A Fire That BurnsBrighter Every Day
Founded by Chef Marcus Rivera, Ember & Vine was born from a simple belief: the best flavors come from fire, patience, and ingredients grown within 100 miles of our kitchen.
Our custom-built wood-fired oven, crafted by artisans in Naples, reaches temperatures of over 900 degrees. This intense heat creates the perfect char, the ideal sear, and flavors that simply cannot be replicated.
Every morning, our team visits the Wynwood farmers market. Every afternoon, fresh catches arrive from the Florida Keys. This is cooking the way it was meant to be.
